The Smallest Movements

This morning, as the sun rose and kissed the earth, a red cardinal appeared—its vibrant feathers a sign of divine reassurance. In its song, I heard a reminder: “You are not alone.”
Later, a small potato bug wandered across my floor, humble and quiet. And yet, even in its tiny journey, there was meaning. It reminded me to stay close to the ground, to honor slow movement, and to remember that resilience often wears a gentle shell.
The universe speaks to us in whispers—in birdsong, in beetles, in the curve of a sunrise. Today, I open my heart to the language of signs, no matter how small. I trust that what shows up for me has purpose, and that I am divinely guided, always.
May the wings of the cardinal carry your worries to the sky. May the path of the potato bug remind you that progress comes, even in the stillness.. May you always find comfort in the quiet messages the universe sends your soul. You are held. You are seen. You are deeply loved.
